I would say that the panel is about 85% correct. Appearance-wize, only a real expert could tell this - but the part numbers on the indicators themselves do tell - (if anyone was to closely check). This airplane was built in 1966 and because of the interchangeability of instruments for US military aircraft of the Cold War area, there may be indicators here that were not originally produced for this particular F4, but are for later models. The outward appearance is fairly accurate even though a good share of the missing indicators have been replaced. I bought this panel fairly complete at an airplane "salvage yard" in Southern California many years ago.
